Iconic Investments is a full service real estate investment and development firm focusing on a value-add, adaptive-reuse model that incorporates all of the available tools to ensure energy efficiency and sustainability.
In the last five years, Michael has chosen to focus almost exclusively on developing and investing-in market-rate and student housing assets up and down the front range of Colorado. He has become one of the largest student housing landlords at the University of Colorado, providing ultra high-end luxury housing to students that meets the highest standards in energy efficiency. He also helped assemble a 4.4 acre site in the heart of Boulder, which will be developed into GOOGLE’s regional headquarters.
Today Michael serves as CEO of Iconic Investments and is working on several development projects both inside and outside of Colorado. His latest completed adaptive-reuse project in Boulder is a finalist for the Colorado Green Building Guild's Green Building Award for Historic Remodels.
Michael is a member of Denver Active 20/30, Cherry Hills Country Club, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Children’s Chorale. He lives in Denver and enjoys playing music, golf, and giving back to the community.
