Kit Tennis
Catalyst for communities, organizations, teams and individuals as powerful agents of positive change and service in the world.
Kit has dedicated 30 years to bringing out the innate brilliance in people and their organizations. Having worked with Fortune 50 CEO’s, manufacturing line workers, and everyone in between, he knows that new possibilities are ever-present -- from life-affirming people-centric organizations that generate billion-dollar revenue growth to life-changing personal transformation that taps the genius in each of us.
Kit is expert in large-scale change, global multicultural diversity and inclusion, neuroscience of leadership and resilience, team development, communication skills, and emotional intelligence. Among other roles, he’s been a community organizer, municipal HR director, business professor, entrepreneur and social activist. Kit splits his time between organization development consulting at Sanchez Tennis & Associates and supporting the Pachamama Alliance as a facilitator, trainer, and leading trips into the Achuar territories in the Ecuadorian rainforest. He lives on a mountaintop outside Boulder with his life and work partner, Anita Sanchez, and his 17 year-old son, who aspires to design and build habitats on Mars.
