Josh Dinar
Co-founder of Pearl Publishing Media Group
Josh Dinar is the co-founder of Pearl Publishing Media Group, which publishes, among other things, DiningOut Magazine and DiningOut.com, a national network of dining publications. He is also a co-owner of TACO Restaurant in Boulder, a founding partner of Circle Fresh Farms (a marketing and distribution company for a network of organic greenhouses), and a partner of The Conscious Cleanse. He co-created and organizes First Bite: Boulder’s Restaurant Week, Top Taco Festival, and several other popular annual events around Colorado’s Front Range. He has authored three books: Denver Then & Now; Good, Better, Best: DiningOut; and The Conscious Cleanse. Josh sits on several non-profit boards and executive committees. He lives in Boulder with his wife and two boys, 5 and 8.
