Devin joined The Farm in 2010 and has worked designing, building, and staffing cultivation facilities, and growing award-winning cannabis. Possessing a unique combination of industrial design and organizational development skills, Devin has been able to create “Craft Cannabis” quality in large scale production environments.
The Farm is known through-out the state for its consistently high quality, pesticide-free cannabis. With a masters degree in counseling Devin is helping to create a new culture of cannabis business people who are building a bridge from the old school marijuana model to the new highly regulated and politically hot environment of today.
He believes that the cannabis legalization movement is essentially about personal freedom and responsibility. As we dispel the falsehoods of prohibition and the war on drugs we will craft a new narrative of responsible use and normalcy around cannabis. With this freedom we will unlock the genetic potential and vast array of uses that the cannabis plant has to offer. The Farm will play a significant role in this social and scientific discovery process.
