Early on in life, Brent Martin—the founder and president of Ryders Eyewear—decided to stray from the norm and do things his own way. He never got that coveted university degree. But he’s travelled the world with his mountain bike. He’s fought forest fires. He’s built log cabins. He won the Canadian Mountain Bike Championships in 1986.
That same year, he refused to buy into the overpriced performance eyewear that was available on the market. Instead he decided to create his own eyewear line, Ryders—a brand that he’s now taking across the globe.
